Subscriptions and Payments

LightningX VPN offers subscription plans including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual options. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are processed securely. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are dissatisfied with the service for any reason, contact our support team within 30 days of your initial purchase to request a full refund. Refunds for renewals or partial months are not available except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use LightningX VPN for lawful purposes only.
